Designated Persons. None of the Borrower, the Broker Subsidiary or any Bank Subsidiary, nor, to the knowledge of the Borrower, any of their respective directors or officers, is a Designated Person. No Borrowing or the use of proceeds thereof by the Borrower or any Subsidiary will, directly or, to the knowledge of the Borrower, indirectly, violate Anti-Corruption Laws or Sanctions.
Designated Persons. During the Term, each party will maintain within its organization a designated person to serve as such party's primary point of contact for day-to-day communications, consultation and decision-making regarding the Services. Each designated person will be responsible for providing all day-to-day consents and approvals on behalf of such party under this Agreement. Each party will ensure its designated person has the requisite organizational authority, skill, experience and other qualifications to perform in such capacity. If either party’s designated person ceases to be employed by such party or such party otherwise wishes to replace its designated person, such party will promptly name a new designated person by written notice to the other party.
Designated Persons. A person or entity: (i) listed in the annex to, or otherwise the subject of the provisions of, any executive order administered by OFAC or the U.S. Department of State or (ii) named as a “Specially Designated National and Blocked Person” or a “Foreign Sanctions Evaders” on the most current list published by OFAC at its official website or any replacement website or other replacement official publication of such list; or is otherwise the subject of any Sanctions Laws and Regulations.

Designated Persons. Except as otherwise authorized by the City’s Project Manager, only shall perform work provided for under this Agreement. It is understood by the parties that clerical and other nonprofessional work may be performed by persons other than those designated.
Designated Persons. As used in this Agreement, the words “Seller’s knowledge” or words of similar import shall be deemed to mean, and shall be limited to, the actual knowledge of Xxxx X. None of the proceeds of any Loan will, to the Borrower’s knowledge, be used, and to the Borrower’s knowledge, none of the proceeds of any Loan have been used, to fund any operations in, finance any investments or activities in, or make any payments to a Designated Person or a Sanctioned Country.
Designated Persons. 5.1 Unless and until the Disclosing Party indicates to the Receiving Party otherwise, the Receiving Party shall make all requests for Confidential Information and all inquiries relating to the Access Request to persons designated in writing by each of the Parties.
Designated Persons may import into and export from Papua New Guinea without licence, other restriction or registration and free of customs, duties and taxes, and inspection, any equipment (including vehicles, vessels and aircraft) and other supplies required by them for the purpose of their operations, or other forms of cooperation under this Agreement, together with personal effects of, and items for the personal consumption or use by, Designated Persons. Any personal property imported duty-free which is sold in Papua New Guinea by a Designated Person to persons other than those entitled to duty-free import privileges shall be subject to customs and other duties on its value at the time of sale.
Designated Persons. Each Party shall designate a representative who shall: (a) be available to the other Party during normal business hours via telephone and/or email; and, (b) respond to inquiries from the other Party within two (2) business days from the time of such inquiry.
