Designated Areas Clause Examples

Designated Areas. Lessor shall have the right by written notice to Lessee, to designate specific areas of the Complex for employee parking. If Lessor so designates an employee parking area, then automobiles of Lessee, its employees and agents shall not park within the parking area except in areas delineated by Lessor as "employee parking." Lessee shall be entitled to park in common with other tenants of Lessor. Lessee agrees not to overburden the parking facilities and agrees to cooperate with Lessor and other tenants in the use of parking facilities. Lessor reserves the right in its absolute discretion, to determine whether parking facilities are becoming crowded and, in such event, to allocate and assign parking spaces among Lessee and other Lessees. Upon request, Lessee shall provide Lessor with the license plate numbers of all employees.

Designated Areas. A. Description of the Designated Areas

Designated Areas. Lessee must walk pets in designated areas only. Pets are not permitted in any common areas of the community/building such as laundry areas. PET MUST BE ON A LEASH AT ALL TIMES IN ACCORDANCE WITH COUNTY OR CITY REGULATIONS.

Designated Areas. The EMPLOYER will designate specific areas where tools will be deposited for the period during which the employee is not working. The EMPLOYER assumes the responsibility for making certain that the designated area in which the tool boxes are deposited are secure by lock and key prior to the departure at the end of the day’s work of the employee involved. To assure the maximum protection for employee’s tools, each employee is obligated to bring to the attention of his Xxxxxxx or other available Supervisor all unlocked doors to areas in which tool boxes are deposited, where such areas are unattended and no work is being performed therein. Where all of the above provisions have been implemented and tools are pilfered from a tool box with evidence of the breakage of the lock on such tool box, the EMPLOYER, on the presentation of adequate proof by the employee involved, will make whole such employee for the loss of the pilfered tools, provided such tool is listed in Appendix A.

Designated Areas. It is not within an area of archaeological importance nor is any building or structure a scheduled monument within the meaning set out in the Ancient Monuments and Axxxxxxxxxxxxx Xxxxx Xxx 0000.

Designated Areas. Except as otherwise agreed by the Landlord the Tenant hereby agrees not to erect or install any fixtures or fittings or put any heavy machinery or equipment over or in any way block the access to the ceiling of the portion of the Premises as shown coloured "Pink hatch Black" and the Area coloured "Green" on the Plans attached hereto so as to allow free and easy access thereto by the Landlord and/or the Manager for the installation, maintenance or alteration of the conduits, cables, wires, ducts and trunkings below the raised flooring or above the suspended ceiling thereof provided always that the Landlord and/or the Manager shall have access upon prior appointment to be mutually agreed ( save and except in case of an emergency) and provided that the Landlord and/or the Manager shall cause as little disturbance to the Tenant's business as is practicable and the Landlord shall make good any damage thereby caused with all due diligence.

Designated Areas. Landlord shall grant Tenant access and use of the property for a bridge shelter in Designated Areas of the site and building as illustrated in Exhibit A. Times Needed: Tenant shall be permitted to use Designated Areas of property 24 hours a day and every day from April 15, 2019 – April 14, 2020. From April 15, 2020 – April 14, 2032 the Tenant shall be permitted to use the office noted on Exhibit A Monday-Friday 6am-6pm and the shelter shuttle stop 7 days a week, 365 days a year on a daily schedule, yet to be determined, but anticipated to be 2-3 times in the morning and 2-3 times in the later afternoon.

Designated Areas agree to only smoke/vape in the designated area only (bench in parking lot); igniting 7 exit. 8 o I agree to not sleep/sit on the floor, sleep/put my feet up on benches and not to sleep in my car(s) 9 when I am on MHA property. 10 11 o I agree not to sit in any car and/or hang out by cars during and after MSC operating hours. (a chain is put up at the end of the day until opening the next day).

Designated Areas. The Designated Areas of the Customer Sites, for the purposes of this Schedule, are to be identified during Transition and set out in Appendix 1 to this Schedule.
