Designated Access Providers. (A) The City shall have the sole and exclusive responsibility for identifying the Designated Access Providers, including itself for Access purposes, to control and manage the use of any or all Access Facilities provided by Grantee under this Franchise. As used in this Section, such “Access Facilities” includes the Channels, services, facilities, equipment, technical components and/or financial support provided under this Franchise, which is used or useable by and for Public Access, Educational Access, and Government Access (“PEG” or “PEG Access”).

Designated Access Providers. (1) The Grantor may designate Public, Educational and Government Access Providers, including itself, to control and manage the use of any or all Access Channels provided by the Grantee under this Franchise (the "Designated Access Provider") throughout the Franchise Area. The Grantor or its designee may formulate rules for the operation of the Access Channels, consistent with this Franchise; such rules shall not be designed to control the content of Public Access programming. Grantee shall cooperate with Designated Access Provider(s) in the use of the Access Channels for the provision of PEG Access. Nothing in this Franchise shall prevent the Grantor or its Designated Access Provider from carrying out fundraising activities to supplement access capital or operating funds consistent with applicable federal and state law and regulations, and such fundraising activity shall not in itself constitute a commercial use of access channels, facilities and equipment. However, Grantee may review such use and if Grantee determines that such use is inconsistent with applicable federal and state law or regulations, Grantor or its Designated Access Provider, upon written notification from Grantee, shall immediately cease such use.
Designated Access Providers. (A) Grantor may authorize Designated Access Providers to control, operate, and manage the use of any and all Access Facilities provided by Grantee under this Franchise, including, without limitation, the operation of Access Channels. The Grantor or its designee may formulate rules for the operation of the Access Channels, consistent with this Franchise, the FCC, federal and State law. Nothing herein shall prohibit the Grantor from authorizing itself to be a Designated Access Provider. As used in this Section, such “Access Facilities” includes the Channels, services, facilities, equipment, technical components and/or financial support provided under this Franchise, which is used or useable by and for Public Access, Educational Access, and Government Access (“PEG” or “PEG Access”).

  • Unauthorized Access Notification LEA shall notify Provider promptly of any known or suspected unauthorized access. LEA will assist Provider in any efforts by Provider to investigate and respond to any unauthorized access.

  • ICANN Access Registry Operator shall provide bulk access to the zone files for the TLD to ICANN or its designee on a continuous basis in the manner ICANN may reasonably specify from time to time. Access will be provided at least daily. Zone files will include SRS data committed as close as possible to 00:00:00 UTC.

  • Jointly Provided Switched Access Services 7.5.1 Jointly Provided Switched Access Service is described and governed by the FCC and state access Tariffs, Multiple Exchange Carrier Access Billing (MECAB) and Multiple Exchange Carrier Ordering and Design (MECOD) Guidelines and based on LERG routing, and is not modified by any provisions of this Agreement. Both Parties agree to comply with such guidelines. CenturyLink and CLEC agree that the originating, intermediate, and terminating LECs for switched access will cooperatively determine the Jointly Provided Switched Access arrangements in which all parties concur.
