Design Submittals. Developer shall deliver to IFA accurate and complete duplicates of all interim, revised and final Design Documents (including Final Design Documents), Plans and Construction Documents within seven (7) days after Developer completes preparation thereof, in form as provided in the Technical Provisions.

Design Submittals. C.1.3.1 Design Builder shall prepare design documentation to meet the performance outputs and other specific requirements of the DBA. The Design Phase submittal (“Design Submittal”) shall include as a minimum the information set out in Appendix 18N – Design Submittal Requirements, unless otherwise approved by the City. If Design Builder has previously submitted any Submittals required to be included in a Design Submittal as set out in Appendix 18N – Design Submittal Requirements, Design Builder shall also include each such Submittal with the applicable Design Submittal so that each Design Submittal is comprehensive.
Design Submittals. The City’s review of the Design-Builder’s Design Submittals shall not relieve the Design-Builder from its responsibilities under the Contract, or be deemed to be an acceptance or waiver by City of any deviation from, or of the Design-Builder’s failure to comply with, any provision or requirement of the Contract Documents, unless such deviation or failure has been identified as such in writing in the document submitted for acceptance by the Design-Builder and accepted by City. Where approval or acceptance by City is required, it is understood to be general approval only, and does not relieve the Design-Builder of responsibility for complying with all applicable laws and good professional practices as the Design-Builder shall be the Engineer of Record.
Design Submittals. The Applicant or their representative shall submit all applicable design submittals as shown in Table 3-1 or 3-2 to the Railroad for review and approval following their own internal review and approval of the submittal. Design plans shall be submitted in 11”x17” hard copy format as well as electronic .pdf format. See Plan No. 711100, sheets 2 and 3 and also Plan No. 711200, sheet 1 for additional information regarding items to be included in the Design Plans.
Design Submittals. Research, consultation, coordination, engineering calculations, design submittal(s), application preparation and fee determination required by the various utility and design review/approval agencies for the provision of utilities and for Project design, review and approval necessary for the development of the Project, including, but not limited to the following: the Las Vegas Valley Water District, Xxxxx County Water Reclamation District, Southwest Gas Company, Centurylink Telephone Company, area cable company, Nevada Department of Transportation, applicable public works department, applicable building department, LVMPD Finance Department - Purchasing, Board of County Commissioners, City Council, LVMPD Fiscal Affairs Committee, Xxxxx County Health District, Xxxxx County School District and other departments, governmental entities and agencies.
Design Submittals. Sound Transit will notify the City Coordinator three (3) weeks in advance of providing a Design Submittal to the City for review. The City shall perform a review of the Design Submittal and return its unified and coordinated comments and corrections on the designs, plans, and specifications from all relevant City departments to Sound Transit within thirty (30) days of receipt of the Design Submittal: • 30% Design Development Concept Submittal • 60% Design Development Submittal • 90% Design Development Submittal • 100% Construction Permitting Submittal If within five (5) working days of the submittal the City provides notice to Sound Transit that a Design Submittal that has been submitted or resubmitted by Sound Transit is incomplete, the timeline for that particular review shall be deemed not to have started until Sound Transit submits a complete set of plans. If no notice is provided within five (5) working days, the submittal shall be considered to be complete. Notwithstanding the foregoing, if the City provides Sound Transit with notice within the initial five (5) working days after Design Submittal that due to the complexity or size of a submittal the City will require more time for review, it may have up to an additional five (5) working days to conduct its review. If the City foresees that Design Submittal comments will not be returned within thirty (30) days of receipt of the Design Submittal, the City Coordinator shall notify the ST Coordinator as soon as the delay is identified and the City and ST Coordinators will jointly determine whether corrective steps described in Section 5.5.1 should occur.
Design Submittals. The Town shall review and approve the interim design submissions in a time that is consistent with the turnaround times stated in the Master Schedule. The Contractor shall not cause the design to proceed beyond interim design until the Town approves the interim design submissions as provided in this Section. If the Contractor allows the design to proceed without Town approval, the cost of any resultant redesign is not a reimbursable cost. The Town’s review and approval of interim design submissions and the Construction Documents is for the purpose of mutually establishing a conformed set of Construction Documents compatible with the requirements of the Project. Neither the Town’s review nor approval of any interim design submissions and Construction Documents shall be considered to transfer any design liability to the Town.

Design Submittals. 4.1.1 One Hundred Percent Design Submittal The one hundred percent design is expected to be the Cogenerator’s proposed final CFSM project design except for incorporation of the City’s and Development Services Department’s (Plan Check) review comments.
Design Submittals. Contractor shall prepare a comprehensive submittal package for each phase of the Work that will be reviewed and approved by the City. Each submittal package shall include, at a minimum, the required elements that convey in sufficient detail for each phase of the design, the necessary documentation as follows: Site Layout Drawings Construction Specifications (trenching, mounting, and all other Work required) Equipment Layout Drawings Detailed Drawings Fire Access Lane Details (For the parking lot.) Single-Line Diagrams Network Connection Diagrams Architectural Drawings Mechanical Drawings Geotechnical Drawings Manufacturer’s Cut Sheets Equipment Specifications Data Acquisition System (DAS) Specifications, Cut Sheets, and Data Specifications Contractor shall include adequate time for City review and approval of submittals, as well as re-submittals and re-reviews. Minimum City review time shall be ten (10) Working Days from the date of receipt of each submittal package during each phase of the Design Review.
Design Submittals. Task Orders issued against this IDIQ contract shall include fully-detailed Performance Work Statement specific to the project, including any required contractual issues not included in the basic contract. Design task orders under this contract shall follow the Louisville District Design Guide. Work under this contract shall also be subject to requirements stated in each task order.
