Design Services Fee. This fee shall be a firm fixed price of $XXXXXX ($XXXXXX for Mechanical, Water and General, and $XXXXXX for Lighting) to provide those services defined in Sections 5.3 and 5.4 of this Design and Construction Contract. A portion of this amount is payable with each application for payment during the design phase, as a percentage of the completed design services.
Design Services Fee. The Design Services Fee is a fee that is fixed at the time of this Agreement, in the amount of and NO/100 Dollars ($ .00), which includes a fixed Design Administration Services Fee in the amount of ($ .00). The Design Services Fee covers all administrative, supervisory, and management personnel costs, and all direct overhead, and other on-site and off-site costs and expenses to be incurred by the Design-Build Firm to have the DPOR perform the Design Services, as described in the definition of Design Services, above and in Article III, above, and identified in the Pricing Schedule (Exhibit 3).
Design Services Fee. Design/Builder’s Architect and the Architect’s engineers and consultants shall be paid a Design Services Fee in the lump sum amount of $ , as defined in Section 2.1, excluding reimbursables. This Design Services Fee shall be paid monthly, proportional to the percentage of the design services completed, less payments previously made.
Design Services Fee. For DB’s timely performance of the Design Services, TFC shall pay DB a stipulated sum of [ ] ($ ) in accordance with the terms herein. Design Services performed or delivered by DB prior to the Effective Date of this Agreement or after it terminates cannot be compensated.
