Design Services During Construction. Consultant shall provide the following services in support of the City on-site construction management efforts.
Design Services During Construction. 1. The Subrecipient will procure firms (Subrecipient’s Representative) for Construction Administration/Construction Inspection services.
Design Services During Construction. The Municipality shall itself provide or retain a Consulting Engineer to provide Design Services During Construction. The scope of the Design Services During Construction is subject to the prior approval of the DOT. If, in order to complete the approved Design Services During Construction, the Municipality must replace the Consulting Engineer that it previously hired during the design phase of the Municipal Project and engage a new Consulting Engineer during the construction phase, then the Municipality agrees to comply with any selection and contracting requirements imposed by the DOT in its sole discretion during the construction phase of the Municipal Project.

Design Services During Construction. The contract may be amended to add Design Services During Construction. Such services would generally include the following: The Consultant, being the Engineer of Record, shall produce a full set of 22-inch by 34-Inch paper Record Drawings. The 11-inch by 17-inch Record Drawings shall be on mylar. All record drawings shall be delivered to the Project Manager prior to final payment. The City has language to be placed on the Record Drawings for the Consultant to sign. Additional services during Construction may be developed as a contract amendment during the final design phase of the project. These additional construction services may include bid services, field and office services, daily inspection services, construction management and quality assurance to support the construction of the project as well as change order management. Deliverables: • Daily Inspection Reports Scope of Services Bend Safety Implementation Project • Record drawings 22” x 34” paper. • Record drawings 11” x 17” mylar. • CD of Record Drawings in AutoCAD and in PDF format.
Design Services During Construction. (All) • The City PM will manage and coordinate RFI and submittals with support by the CM. Design team will provide responses to RFIs and submittals within the specified time. • Design team members will attend site visits for construction observation (CO) specific to their discipline. As needed, they will prepare CO reports to capture issues identified and resolutions discussed during site visits. CO reports will be submitted to the CM for distribution to the city and contractor. • Assumed quantities of RFIs, submittals and site visits per design discipline are as follows:
Design Services During Construction. The Xxxxxx Team will attend preconstruction meetings, review shop drawings and project submittals, address Request for Information, and provide clarifications to the plans and specs. We will participate in regular construction meetings, respond to queries, and provide other general design support services requested by the City. We will also coordinate with the CM team to review and address change orders from the contractor.
