Common use of Design Requirements Clause in Contracts

Design Requirements. All design, permitting, and construction shall be in accordance with the previously approved PD&E and the standards promulgated by FDOT in accordance with Section 336.045, Florida Statutes. Construction plans shall comply with the FDOT Plans Preparation Manual and shall include but not be limited to cross sections, drainage, and plan/profile sheets for a four (4) lane divided rural cross- section (unless otherwise approved by FDOT) roadway. Plan/profile and cross section drainages shall indicate location(s) of drainage inlets and roadway facilities for a four (4) lane divided rural cross-section (unless otherwise approved by FDOT) roadway. All wetland and flood plain impacts and compensation shall be included in the design and indicated on the plans.
