Design Professional of Record. The Design Professional of Record is the person identified in the Contract. The Design Professional of Record shall not be changed without written permission from the Owner, unless the Design Professional is incapacitated, is unable to perform, or leaves the firm. In that event, the replacement is subject to approval by the Owner.

Design Professional of Record. The individual identified in the Contract who shall not be changed without approval by the Owner.

  • Design Professional The architect or engineer or architectural or engineering firm selected by Owner (i) for the design and preparation of Contract Documents governing the construction of a Project, or (ii) for construction contract administration under the Contract Documents, or (iii) for both, all such services and the scope thereof to be set forth in the Design Professional Contract.   • STATEWIDE CONTRACT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM If the maximum amount payable to Contractor under this Contract is $100,000 or greater, either on the Effective Date or at any time thereafter, this section shall apply. Contractor agrees to be governed by and comply with the provisions of §§00-000-000, 00-000-000, 00-000-000, and 00- 000-000, C.R.S. regarding the monitoring of vendor performance and the reporting of contract information in the State’s contract management system (“Contract Management System” or “CMS”).
