Design Output. Developer shall document design output and express output in terms that can be verified and against design-input requirements and validated. The control of these design outputs is an integral part of Developer's document control process, which encompasses a portion of the Design QA/QC Plan. Output documentation shall be reviewed for compliance with design requirements.

Design Output. During the design process acceptance criteria are established for all appropriate product systems and sub-systems. Design calculations, system analysis, drawings, process instructions, test procedures, specifications, user manuals, etc., are generated as design outputs.
Design Output. Mxxxx shall establish and maintain procedures for defining and documenting Design Outputs in a manner that allows adequate evaluation of the Product(s)’ conformance to Design Input requirements, in compliance with Quality Management System Requirements. The procedures shall reference acceptance criteria and shall ensure that the essential outputs are identified. Mxxxx shall document Design Output.
Design Output. The Supplier shall have written procedures for defining and documenting design output in terms that allow an adequate evaluation of conformance to design input requirements. Design output procedures shall contain or make reference to acceptance criteria and shall ensure that those design outputs that are essential for the proper functioning of the device are identified. Design output shall be documented, reviewed, and approved by Supplier before release. The approval, including the date and signature of the individual(s) approving the output, shall be documented. Except where Siemens is distributing a product for which the Supplier is solely responsible for the design requirements, the approval shall include an authority from Siemens. D.
Design Output. The output of the preliminary designs will be presented as follows: - ▪ Maps showing topographical survey strips containing the alignments. ▪ Road plans and profiles to a scale of 1:1000/1:100 (or as agreed with the supervision) showing the proposed road center lines including the horizontal curve details, the road longitudinal profiles, chainages of the cross-sections, drainage structures, right of way, etc... ▪ Typical cross-sections showing the different dimensions and pavement. ▪ Cross-section drawings to a scale of 1:100 (or as agreed with the supervision). ▪ Bridges and culverts 1:100 (or as agreed with the supervision). ▪ Service utilities within the ROW needed to be relocated or protection.

  • Technical Specifications The Technical Specifications furnished on the CD are intended to establish the standards for quality, performance and technical requirements for all labor, workmanship, material, methods and equipment necessary to complete the Work.   • Creative Work The Executive agrees that all creative work and work product, including but not limited to all technology, business management tools, processes, software, patents, trademarks, and copyrights developed by the Executive during the term of this Agreement, regardless of when or where such work or work product was produced, constitutes work made for hire, all rights of which are owned by the Employer.   • Installation Where installation is required, Contractor shall be responsible for placing and installing the product in the required locations at no additional charge, unless otherwise designated on the Contract or purchase order. Contractor’s authorized product and price list shall clearly and separately identify any additional installation charges. All materials used in the installation shall be of good quality and shall be free of defects that would diminish the appearance of the product or render it structurally or operationally unsound. Installation includes the furnishing of any equipment, rigging, and materials required to install or replace the product in the proper location. Contractor shall protect the site from damage and shall repair damages or injury caused during installation by Contractor or its employees or agents. If any alteration, dismantling, excavation, etc., is required to achieve installation, the Contractor shall promptly restore the structure or site to its original condition. Contractor shall perform installation work so as to cause the least inconvenience and interference with Customers and with proper consideration of others on site. Upon completion of the installation, the location and surrounding area of work shall be left clean and in a neat and unobstructed condition, with everything in satisfactory repair and order.
