Design Implementation and Submittals. 7.3.1 Developer, through the appropriately qualified and licensed design professionals identified in Developer’s Facility Management Plan in accordance with Section 2 of the Technical Provisions, shall prepare designs, plans and specifications in accordance with the CDA Documents.
