Design Guidelines. Tenant shall consider the Coliseum Design Guidelines developed by the Commission in 2009 (a copy of which is attached as Schedule 11.4) in the design and construction of capital improvement projects, and shall be required to comply with the Department of Interior Standards for Renovation of Historical Landmarks, or any other applicable Laws in effect during the Term.
