Common use of Design Documents Clause in Contracts

Design Documents. Redeveloper has prepared Schematic Design Plans (hereinafter ADesign Documents@) for the Redeveloper Improvements and the same have been reviewed and approved by the City=s Director of Urban Development. Said Design Documents are attached hereto marked as Exhibit 1 and are incorporated herein by this reference. Redeveloper shall submit any material changes in the Design Documents as approved to the Director of Urban Development for his review and approval.
