Design Development Phase. 3.3.1 After receiving approval of the Schematic Design Phase submittal, the CONSULTANT shall develop design and prepare drawings and other documents to fix and describe the size and character of the entire Project as to site work, architectural, structural, mechanical, and electrical systems, equipment, construction materials, and such other essentials as may be appropriate, including functional and operational aspects of facilities.
