Design by the Contractor. The Contractor submits a detailed design of his proposed decks illustrating that the deck dimension and load cells position correlates with the completed concrete foundations on site. The Employer reviews and accepts the design.
Design by the Contractor. The design for the expansion test jig is to be submitted to the Employers Representative for approval. Upon Completion, the jig will belong to the Employer and all rights to use and modify it will be waived by the Contractor.
