Design and Specifications. The Developer, at its own cost and expense, shall retain qualified engineers registered in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania to prepare the necessary plans and specifications for the construction and installation of the Extended Facilities and for the connection of those Extended Facilities with the Authority’s . The Developer shall coordinate the design of the Extended Facilities with the Authority and shall obtain the Authority’s written approval of the design and the specifications in accordance with the requirements of Exhibit “A” attached hereto and incorporated herein.
