Descriptions. 10-4 The University shall provide the Union and the President with a job classification description for each job classification title referenced in Appendices A and B. In the event a new job classification is established or an existing classification is changed, the University shall provide a job classification description to the President and the Union not later than fifteen (15) calendar days prior to the effective date of such new or changed classification. Upon request of the President, the President and a reasonable number of non-employee officials of the Union shall be afforded an opportunity to meet and discuss the new or changed classification with representatives of the University.
