Descriptions of Activities. A variety of small in-person cohorts are needed to provide students with urgent needs for whom Distance Learning does not work well. Small cohorts will not exceed 16 individuals total (staff and students) in size and will be created to meet the needs of students. As a result, a variety of staff may be involved in the implementation of small cohorts and may be conducted by CSEA-represented employees consistent with their job and duty descriptions and as necessary.
Descriptions of Activities. In addition to the existing K-8 Home School and 9-12 Independent Study (blended, supervisory, and hybrid) programs, DJUSD has implemented a Virtual Academy through the Xxxxx School for Independent Study (DSIS) to meet the growing needs of our community to serve students in a primarily virtual environment.   • Conditions of Eft Services (a.) Ownership of Card(s). The Software is not fault-tolerant and is not designed, manufactured or intended for use or resale as on-line control equipment in hazardous environments requiring fail-safe performance, such as in the operation of nuclear facilities, aircraft navigation or communication systems, air traffic control, direct life support machines, or weapons systems, in which the failure of the Software could lead directly to death, personal injury, or severe physical or environmental damage ("High Risk Activities"). Syncro and its suppliers specifically disclaim any express or implied warranty of fitness for High Risk Activities.

  • Other Activities/Renovations A. The Contractor acknowledges its responsibility to assure the Judicial Council’s quiet enjoyment of the Program and to provide the full service level of the Property for the Program, free from outside distractions, disturbances, and/or interruptions. The Contractor shall avoid assigning any rooms to the Judicial Council or the Attendees during the Program which are adjacent to or across from any group or activity that may generate noise or other distractions, such as construction or other conduct, sufficient to detract from quiet enjoyment of the Program on the Property.

  • Obligations of the Client 3.1 The Client is responsible for the information they have provided to GoodHabitz, the use of the Service and keeping access to these confidential. The Client commits to using the Service within the limits of the provisions of the Agreement, these Terms and Conditions and the applicable laws and regulations, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
