See Xxxx Energy ISA, Specifications §1.0. The Gans Energy ISA indicates that Gans Energy shall have 96 MW of Capacity Interconnections Rights at the Point(s) of Interconnection specified in the Xxxx Energy ISA. See Xxxx Energy ISA, Specifications § 2.1. The Xxxx Energy ISA has no associated Attachment Facilities Charge, Network Upgrades Charge or other charges.
