Description of the Leased Premises. The Town hereby leases to the Lessee to occupy and use for agricultural purposes only the following described property located in Charlotte, Vermont: Being nine (9) acres of land, more or less, situated between US Xxxxx 0 xxx Xxxxxx Xxxx Xxxx in the Town of Charlotte. The leased agricultural property (“Leased Premises”) is specifically depicted on a map entitled “Map of Farm 1712, Tract 1929, Operator: Nordic Farms, Owner: Town of Charlotte, Town of Charlotte, Xxxxxxxxxx County” prepared by the Farm Service Agency, dated March 8, 2011 (the “Map”), a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein. A portion of the parcel along Church Hill Road to be used as a picnic area (“Picnic Area”), as described below, is included in the Leased Premises.

Description of the Leased Premises. The Lessor hereby leases to the Lessee the following real property: Office No. 5, Classroom No. 1, Classroom No. 2, Classroom Xx. 0, Xxxxxxxxx Xx. 0, the Arts and Crafts Room, and shared use of the lounge and kitchen areas of the Xxxxxx X. Xxxxxx Building located at 000 Xxxxxxxxxxxx Xxxxxxx in Lamar, South Carolina. The Lessee shall have the right to use, as part of the leased premises, all common areas, parking lots, and playground areas.
Description of the Leased Premises. Following construction of the Facilities, the Tenant may cause a Site to be surveyed in order to provide a registerable legal description for the Leased Premises which the Tenant requires pursuant to Section 2.1(b). Description of the Leased Premises. The premises which LESSOR will lease to LESSEE hereunder will consist of land located inside the Carmelray Industrial Park II in Calamba City, Province of Laguna, Philippines and facilities already existing or to be constructed on said land and/or fitted with fit-out works. LESSOR will acquire the land and construct the facilities subject to the provisions of this Agreement. The land and facilities subject of the lease arrangement will hereinafter be referred to collectively as the "Leased Premises".
