Description of the Bargaining Unit. The Employer recognizes the Canadian Union of Public Employees and its Local 4799 as the sole & exclusive Collective Bargaining agent for all employees as described below: CUPE Local 4799 includes the following classifications: Caretaker, Librarian, Educational Assistant, School Secretary, Nutritionist at the following locations: Archerwill, Bruno, Bulyea, Cudworth, Drake, Foam Lake Composite, Foam Lake Elementary, Xxxxxx Xxxxxx, HCI, Imperial, Ituna, Xxxxxxxxxx High, Lakeside Colony, Lanigan High, Lanigan Elementary, XxXxx, Nokomis, Punnichy Elementary, Punnichy High, Quill Lake, Xxxxxxx, Xxxxxx Melrose, Rose Valley, Sask Central Colony, Xxxxxx, Viscount, Wadena Composite, Wadena Elementary, Wakaw, Watrous Elementary, Xxxxxxx Xxxxx, Winston High, Wynyard Composite, Wynyard Elementary The following classifications are also included in CUPE Local 4799: Aspen Secretary, Occupational Therapist, Computer Technician, Student Counsellor, Maintenance Worker, Electrician, Plumber, Mechanic, and the central office Caretaker. Any title changes to the above classifications will be communicated to the Union and shall not exclude the classification from the bargaining unit. When the Employer creates a new classification(s), the Employer will negotiate with the Union the scope of the new classifications and if determined to be in-scope, the terms and conditions of employment of the new classification. Meetings to negotiate with the Union will be held within thirty (30) days, where possible.
