Description of the Activities. The Activities for which the Advance is provided consist of the following parts:
Description of the Activities. The activities, services, programs, and facilities at Refreshing Mountain provide opportunities for adventure recreation, including but not limited to ziplining, aerial excursion courses, elevated obstacle courses, high ropes courses, climbing, rappelling, giant swings (collectively, “aerial activities”), hiking, escape rooms, horseback riding, swimming and swim lessons, archery, slingshots, pedal carts, scavenger hunts, physical challenge courses, playgrounds, domesticated animal encounters, wildlife encounters, and other similar experiences. The aerial activities include varying combinations of zip lines, sky bridges, obstacles, elevated walkways, stairs, and hikes on uneven inclining and declining terrain. Participants may be exposed to sudden jarring impacts and sudden drops of height along the course. Participants wear safety harnesses and protective gear at all times. Aerial activities have a maximum weight limit of two hundred eighty (280) pounds. Participants must be eight (8) years of age or older on the Aerial Excursion Course, and be five (5) years of age or older to participate in all other aerial activities. MEDICAL CONCERNS. Participants must be reasonably fit, must be able to demonstrate the required skill, and be able to understand all instructions prior to participating in any activity. Obesity, high blood pressure, cardiac and coronary artery disease, pulmonary problems, pregnancy, arthritis, tendonitis, prior head, neck, or back injuries or other joint and muscular-skeletal problems may impair the safety and wellbeing of participants during the activities, as may medical, physical, psychological and psychiatric problems. All such conditions may increase the inherent risks of the experience and cause the participant to be a danger to themselves and others. Participants with underlying medical problems that put them at greater risk of injury or illness during an activity must carefully consider those risks before choosing to participate, and they must fully inform the staff prior to the beginning of the activity. Refreshing Mountain reserves the right to exclude an applicant from participation for medical, safety, and/or other reasons.
Description of the Activities. The Activities for which the Advance is provided consist of the following parts: Preparation of the Project’s safeguards documents; preparation of a limited economic and financial analysis update of the Project’s implementation manual; update of the Project’s Administrative and Financial Management Manual; update of the Project’s Monitoring and Evaluation Manual; update of the Project’s Computerized Management and Information System; preparation of an institutional analysis; elaboration of the national Project Document, which shall describe the Project activities, costs and components; preparation of a study tour of the Niger, Burkina Faso and Senegal Community Driven Development Projects; carrying out of an analysis of the Project’s extension to other zones; carrying out of a study on the next steps for decentralization; carrying out of a study of the cost of materials for the construction of micro-projects related to the Project; carrying out of national and regional workshops to disseminate inter alia the Project Implementation Manual and to launch the Project; and acquisition of goods including vehicles and office equipment.
Description of the Activities. PERFORMED BY RECIPIENT Description of the Activity performed by the RECIPIENT: The Danish Diabetes Association will develop new guidelines for type-1 and type-2 diabetes. The purpose of the guidelines is to give the patients a good understanding of the disease. (The details of the Activity are provided in Appendix "Description of the Activity" of this Agreement)
Description of the Activities. The Activities for which the Advance is provided consist of the following parts: Provision of support for the establishment of the PIU within the OECS Commission, including inter alia recruitment, onboarding and Training of PIU staff, and purchasing goods and equipment needed to establish a fully functional PIU.
Description of the Activities. The Activities for which the Supplemental Advance is provided consist of the following parts: Carrying out Project preparation activities, including: (i) supporting the establishment of the Project preparation team within the Recipient’s Ministry of Agriculture (MoA); (ii) preparing studies, assessments and manuals in connection with the Project (e.g., an environmental and social impact assessment and Project implementation manual); and (iii) building the capacity of the MoA (namely, the Project preparation team) through consultations with stakeholders and training/workshops in Monrovia and the project areas. Carrying out Project implementation start-up activities, including: (i) setting-up the Project steering committee; (ii) building the capacity of counterpart staff through training; (iii) undertaking Project start-up procurement activities; and (iv) supporting the establishment of an administrative office for the Project (office furnishings, equipment and operating costs).
Description of the Activities. The Activities for which the Advance is provided consist of the following parts: Preparation of studies related to the Project and manuals for the implementation of the Project. Strengthening the capacity of the Recipient (including, the PMU (as defined in Section 2.03 of this Annex)) in the areas of Project management, coordination, administration, monitoring and evaluation (including financial and technical audits), environmental impact assessment (and other safeguard related assessments) through provision of technical advisory services, training and workshops, and acquisition of equipment and materials.

The Activities for which the Advance is provided consist of the following parts: Provision of goods, works, consultant’s services and training for: (i) supporting the set up and operation of the e-Governance Center; (ii) training for e-Leaders, chief information officers within the ministries and civil servants from various public institutions; (iii) developing policy, strategy and program development specifically for e-Government/e-Transformation, broadband and IT/ITES industry; (iv) supporting the adoption of legal and technical frameworks, including interoperability, e-security and Open Data Frameworks; and (v) strategic communications and partnerships. Provision of goods and consultant’s services for supporting the development of Shared Infrastructure and e-Services, including: (i) “M-Cloud” Shared Infrastructure; (ii) “M-Points” services; (iii) “e-Procurement” services and (iv) “Quick Win” e-services. Provision of goods, works, consultants’ services and operating costs in carrying out project implementation, including procurement, financial management, disbursement, and monitoring and evaluation.

The Activities for which the Advance is provided consist of the following parts: Provision of good and consultant’s services for: (i) preparing a detailed project implementation plan; (ii) developing requirements for the additional joint information system (JIS) functionality; and (iii) developing a document management and digital archive strategy for the land registry. Provision of goods and consultants’ services for the pilot roll out of the JIS in four (4) locations, including JIS management, rollout, training and data migration, and limited computer equipment. Provision of goods and consultants’ services in carrying out project implementation, including procurement, financial management, disbursement, and monitoring and evaluation.
