Description of Projects. TFC may, but is not obligated to, from time to time engage the professional services of PSP for one or more specific projects and identify the particular professional services needed therefor through an Assignment.
Description of Projects. Set forth below is a description of each of the Projects that the Government will implement, or cause to be implemented, using MCC Funding to advance the applicable Project Objective. In addition, specific activities that will be undertaken within each Project (each, an “Activity”), including sub-activities, are also described.

Most projects pertain to the field of institution building, supporting either the nuclear safety authority or agencies entrusted with specific duties regarding radioactive waste management or similar tasks. The revised PHARE Guidelines acknowledge that pre-accession financial assistance in the field of nuclear safety demands a distinct approach. Due to their specific technical nature and with the aim of enhancing public safety, the investment projects supported by this programme do not necessarily correspond to the general criteria of being catalytic, co-financed, or additional. The projects have, however, been chosen for being sufficiently mature and able to contribute to a sustainable improvement to the level of nuclear safety within their specific objectives. As a general consideration, the project should enhance the accession process in the candidate country. Description of Projects. Oregon Governor Xxxxx developed a framework in 2020 for the state to prioritize equity in decision-making and investments as Oregon recovers from the COVID-19 pandemic and beyond. This grant program aligns with those equity goals by providing technical and financial assistance to underserved rural small businesses. Oregon is a national leader in energy efficiency and renewable energy development. With an ambitious Renewable Portfolio Standard, greenhouse gas reduction targets, and incentives for energy efficiency and renewable energy, Oregon has experienced steady growth in the clean energy sector. Oregon was ranked ninth in the nation in the American Council for an Energy- Efficient Economy 2020 Scorecard and has been in the top 10 states since 2006. As the grant administrator, XXXX will reimburse qualified auditors who complete energy audits and will be responsible for tracking and reporting to USDA as required. ODOE staff will provide technical expertise and serve as a central point of contact for the energy audit program. ODOE will work closely with strategic partners in overall program development and implementation, including determining the appropriate audit requirements needed to be eligible for USDA and other grant programs. XXXX will not conduct the audits but will contract with energy auditors. ODOE will provide outreach to potential participants, conduct initial assessments and technical assistance for projects, and conduct oversight to ensure audits meet requirements for REAP grants or other resources that help fund energy efficiency measures. SERVICES/TASK DESCRIPTIONS: Work under this Contract shall be initiated under future Work Order Contracts (WOCs). This Master Contract establishes the working relationships and selection criteria for conducting energy audits and assessments. Consultants will be responsible for meeting all contractual and Program requirements. General responsibilities of Consultants include, but not limited to the following activities: • Responsible for conducting the Energy Audits and Assessments, traveling to and from sites, and meeting all Program requirements • Provide the Program Participant an unbiased, objective, and factual Report. • Coordinate services to accomplish auditing objectives, including but not limited to participation in planning and implementation meetings with the Program Participant, ODOE, and others. • As requested by XXXX, the firm shall attend Program meetings and trainings to cover requirements ...
