Description of Internship. 1. The main purpose of the Internship is to allow for the Intern to acquire practical and theoretical knowledge in respect to the field.

Description of Internship. Describe what you hope to learn and accomplish from this internship. Write out the steps necessary to accomplish the learning objectives listed, and the method you will use to measure your progress. How will you do this in your internship? (tasks and strategies) How will you evaluate progress towards this objective? The student is responsible for revising the objectives and seeking approval from their host site supervisor, should these objectives change over the course of the internship placement. I agree to provide assistance, training, and consultation to the intern in order to help them progress towards the learning objectives.
