Description and Purpose. Teachers who have served a minimum of five (5) years in the District may participate in a Teacher Exchange Program with other school districts and educational agencies. The intent of the program is to provide an opportunity for teachers to work in another educational frame of reference in order to gain different insights into instructional patterns, schedules, facilities, students and cultural environments. It is to be expected that the school district or agency with which the exchange is made gains in similar fashion.
Description and Purpose. An Alternate Postage Payment for Greeting Cards, using Intelligent Mail technology, is being tested in a 2-year program from January 2, 2011, through December 31, 2012. Participants pay for postage based on sales data reported to the Postal Service. Each mailpiece is scanned and counted as it moves through postal mail processing equipment. Reports allow a debit from the participant's Centralized Automated Processing System (CAPS) account for the postage that was not paid based on sales data. Mailpieces may be addressed to any domestic location by the sender.
Description and Purpose. Trade Bank will issue standby letters of credit (each a “Standby Credit”) for the account of Borrower the purpose or purposes stated below. Subject to the credit sublimits specified above, these Standby Credits will be issued to support Borrower’s open account trade terms, bid and performance bonds, industrial revenue bonds, worker’s compensation obligations and or the moving of Borrower as a new customer from another bank to Trade Bank. The Standby Credit Sublimit specified above refers to the aggregate undrawn amount of all Standby Credits which may be at any one time outstanding under this Subfacility together with the aggregate amount of all drafts drawn under such Standby Credits which have not been reimbursed as provided below at such time. This Subfacility may only be used for the following purpose: To secure lease deposits for new retail space. Description and Purpose. (a) The Performance Standards define certain of the Servicer's duties under this Agreement and (i) establish financial penalties ("Service Level Penalties"), which apply in the event that the Servicer fails to meet certain minimum standards and performs below acceptable levels, and (ii) provide a basis for termination of the Servicer as described in Section 10.01(a)(vii) of this Agreement. The Performance Standards distinguish between Level 1 Performance Standards and Xxxxx 0 Xxxxxxxxxxx Xxxxxxxxx. Xxxxx 0 Performance Standards specify standards for the breach of which there may be Service Level Penalties assessed to the Servicer or, in the case of more severe breaches, the Servicer may be subject to termination hereunder (the "Termination Standards"). Level 2 Performance Standards specify standards for the breach of which there may be Service Level Penalties assessed against the Servicer. The Xxxxx 0 xxx Xxxxx 0 Xxxxxxxxxxx Xxxxxxxxx, the Termination Standards and the penalties for failures to perform to each Standard are described more fully in Appendix 1 attached hereto.

Subject to the credit sublimits specified above, these Usance Commercial Credits will be transferable or not transferable and have the goods related to them consigned to or not consigned to, or controlled by or not controlled by, Trade Bank. The Usance Commercial Credit Sublimit specified above refers to the aggregate undrawn amount of all Usance Commercial Credits together with the aggregate amount of all Acceptances and deferred payment obligations which may be outstanding at any one time under each subcategory of the Usance Commercial Credit Sublimit. The purpose of this MOU is to establish collaboration between Xxxxx County Juvenile Court (CCJC) and Xxxxx County Department of Job and Family Services (CCDJFS) to enhance system coordination and service delivery, for the dually involved youth population of Xxxxx County who are referred to and /or receiving services from CCJC and CCDJFS agencies while also enhancing effective partnerships and collaboration with relevant youth serving systems and agencies (e.g., education, behavioral health). The Xxxxx County Juvenile Court (CCJC) – the mission of Xxxxx County Juvenile Court is to serve the community, rehabilitate youth and ensure public safety by holding youth and families accountable for their actions. This is accomplished through a continuum of programs and placement options administered by the court using restorative justice practices when practicable. The Xxxxx County Department of Job and Family Services (CCDJFS) – the mission of the Xxxxx County Department of Job & Family Services is to promote safety, strengthen families, and empower people. It is considered a quadruple combined agency and is responsible for administration and delivery of Family and Children Services, Child Support Enforcement, OhioMeansJobs and Public Assistance. All programs are administered in accordance with state and federal laws and mandates.
Description and Purpose. ISC and Local Sponsor agree to jointly pursue the installation and operation of a new or replacement root name server(s) in Local Sponsor’s service region. Subject to the conditions contained herein, ISC and Local Sponsor shall provide F-Root services at Local Sponsor’s location for the purpose of providing faster access to the Internet DNS root, enhancing Local Sponsor’s region’s Internet independence and sovereignty and reducing its dependency on external infrastructures, increasing resiliency of Local Sponsor’s Internet infrastructure against cyber-attacks and contributing to the greater good of the worldwide Internet.

Description and Purpose. The Western New York Ford Dealers Advertising Fund, Inc. (“WNY Ford Dealers”) contemplates donating from time to time a vehicle and support technology to selected local educational institutions to use in courses offered to enrolled students for training and real-world repairs, with the objective of better preparing students for the field of automotive diagnosis, repair, and maintenance. To do so, the WNY Ford Dealers have established this Educational Vehicle Donation Program (“Program”). The WNY Ford Dealers reserve the right to amend, modify, or change this Program at any time in their sole discretion.
