DESCRIPTION AND LOCATION OF LAND. All qualified property and investment will be located within the Reinvestment Zone described in Exhibit 1.
DESCRIPTION AND LOCATION OF LAND. The land on which the new buildings and new improvements will be built is not being claimed as part of the qualified property described by Texas Tax Code § 313.021(2)(A). All qualified property will be located within the Reinvestment Zone described in Exhibit 1. EXHIBIT 3 A PPLICANT’S QUALIFIED INVESTMENT Brushy Creek Solar LLC is requesting an Appraised Value Limitation from Veribest Independent School District for the Brushy Creek Solar Project (the “Project”), a proposed solar powered electric generating facility in Xxx Xxxxx County. The proposed Veribest ISD Project (this Application) would be constructed within a Reinvestment Zone that will be created by Xxx Xxxxx County prior to execution of a Value Limitation Agreement. A map showing the location of the project is included below. The project is also known as the Brushy Creek Solar Project and San Xxxxxx Solar I LLC. The Project IGNR Number is 20INR0213 which was assigned November 7, 2018. This application covers all qualified property in the reinvestment zone and project boundary within Veribest ISD necessary for commercial operations. The proposed Project is anticipated to have a total capacity of 175 MW all of which will be located in Veribest ISD. Solar equipment selection is ongoing at this time and has not been finalized. The exact number of PV panels and their capacity will depend upon the panels and inverters selected, manufacturers availability and prices, ongoing engineering design optimization and the final megawatt generating capacity of the Project when completed. Current plans are to install approximately 576,576 PV panels and 234 x 2.5MW inverters within Veribest ISD. The Applicant requests a Value Limitation for all materials and equipment installed for the Project including underground collection systems, transmission lines, electrical interconnections, roads, control systems necessary for commercial generation of electricity, solar modules/panels, racking and mounting structures, inverters boxes, combiner boxes, meteorological equipment, roadways, Maintenance & Operations building, paving, fencing, electrical substations, generation transmission tie line and associated towers, and interconnection facilities.

Xxxxxxxxxx Survey and the X. Xxxxxxxxxx Survey, Abstract 35 (NOTE: BEARINGS ARE BASED ON U.S. STATE PLANE NAD 1983 COORDINATES, TEXAS NORTH CENTRAL ZONE – 4202); THENCE North 73o40’57” East, a distance of 343.99 feet to a ½ inch iron rod with a yellow plastic cap stamped “RPLS 5210,” set for the northeast corner described herein; THENCE South 00o10’07” East, leaving said dividing line, a distance of 537.57 feet to a ½ inch iron wit a yellow plastic cap stamped “RPLS 5210,” set for an angle point in the east line described herein; THENCE South 31o01’37” West, a distance of 486.85 feet to a ½ inch iron rod with a yellow plastic cap stamped “RPLS 5210,” set for the southeast corner described herein; THENCE South 75o56’12” West, a distance of 730.75 feet to a ½ inch iron rod with a yellow plastic cap stamped “RPLS 5210,” set on the lie dividing said Tract 1 and Tract 38, a called 283.8 acres tract recorded in Vol. 1347, Pg. 184 of said Official Public Records, on the approximate line dividing said Abstract 37 and the X.X. Xxxxxxxxx Survey, Abstract 853, for the southwest corner described herein; THENCE North 13o06’13” West, along said dividing lines, a distance of 818.79 feet to a ½ inch iron rod with a yellow plastic cap stamped “RPLS 5210,” set for the most southern, northwest corner of said Tract 1 and the northwest corner described herein; THENCE North 73o40’57” East, along the line dividing said Tract 1 and said 66.07 acres tract and said line dividing said Xxxxxxxxxx Surveys, a distance of 847.86 feet to the Point of Beginning and containing 20.00 acres or land.

The battery storage system will only store energy from the project. The facility will feature 134 wind turbines. IP Pipeline Portfolio HoldCo, LLC requests that the limitation covers all qualified investment and qualified property located within Pampa ISD. It is our request that the limitation includes all eligible and ancillary equipment including the following:
