Derivative Materials. (a) The Customer grants HybridHero a perpetual, non-exclusive, world-wide, irrevocable, royalty free licence to access, use, adapt, modify, reproduce, reformat, transform, process, aggregate, commercialise and exploit, and create Derivative Materials from, the Customer Material to the extent necessary to provide the Data Analysis Services and to otherwise carry out its obligations under this Agreement.

If during Independent Distributor’s contractual relationship with International Loops, Independent Distributor incorporates into an International Loops product, code, process, machine, or the like copyrighted materials or prior inventions owned by Independent Distributor or in which Independent Distributor has an interest, International Loops is hereby granted and shall have a nonexclusive, royalty free, irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide license to make, have made, modify, use, and sell such copyrighted materials and/or prior inventions.
