Common use of Deputy Minister Clause in Contracts

Deputy Minister. The Deputy Minister is accountable to the Minister for carrying out the roles and responsibilities assigned to him/her by the Minister, the Act, Directives, and this MOU.

Deputy Minister. The Deputy Minister is accountable to the Minister for carrying out the roles and responsibilities as assigned to him/her the Deputy Minister by the Minister, the Act, Directivesapplicable Ministry of Finance and TB/MBC Directives and Government and Ministry policies, and this MOU.

Deputy Minister. ‌ The Deputy Minister is accountable to the Secretary of the Cabinet and the Minister for the performance of the Ministry in providing administrative and organizational support to OEFC and for carrying out the roles and responsibilities assigned to him/her by the Minister, the Act, Directivesapplicable TB/MBC and Ministry directives, and this MOU.

Deputy Minister. The Deputy Minister is accountable to the Minister for carrying out the roles and responsibilities with respect to the Centre as assigned to him/her by the Minister, the Act, Directives, the Act and this MOU.

Deputy Minister. a. The Deputy Minister is accountable to the Secretary of Cabinet and the Minister for the performance of the Ministry in providing administrative and organizational support to the agency and for carrying out the roles and responsibilities assigned to him/her by the Minister, the Public Service of Ontario Act, Directives2006, applicable TB/MBC and Government directives, and this MOU.

Deputy Minister. 3.2.1 The Deputy Minister is accountable to the Minister for the performance of the MOHLTC in respect of this MOU and for carrying out the roles and responsibilities assigned to him/her by the Minister, the Act, Minister and by MBC Directives, and this MOU. The Deputy Minister is accountable for advising the Minister about matters pertaining to the Network and for assisting the Minister in meeting his or her responsibilities related to the Network.

Deputy Minister. ‌ The Deputy Minister is accountable to the Secretary of the Cabinet and the Minister for the performance of the Ministry in providing administrative and organizational support to the agency and for carrying out the roles and responsibilities assigned to him/her by the Minister, the Ontario Northland Transportation Commission Act, DirectivesR.S.O. 1990, and c. O.32, this MOU, Directions and applicable TB/MBC, PSC and government directives. The Deputy Minister is also accountable for attesting to TB/MBC on the agency’s compliance with applicable TB/MBC directives.

The Deputy Minister is accountable to the Minister for the performance of the Ministry, in providing administrative support to ELTO and for carrying out the roles and responsibilities assigned to him/him or her by the Minister, the ActADOA, Directivesthe PSOA, applicable TB/MBC and MOF directives, and this MOU.

The Deputy Minister is accountable to the Secretary of the Cabinet and the Minister for the performance of the Ministry in providing administrative and organizational support to the OFA and for carrying out the roles and responsibilities assigned to him/her by the Minister, the ActCIPA, Directivesthis MOU, and this MOUApplicable Government Directives.
