Deputy Minister. The Deputy Minister is responsible for:
Deputy Minister. The Deputy Minister is accountable to the Secretary of the Cabinet and the Minister for the performance of the Ministry in providing administrative and organizational support to the LHIN and for carrying out the roles and responsibilities assigned by the Minister, LHSIA, applicable TB/MBC and Ministry of Finance directives, the Accountability Agreement and this MOU. The Deputy Minister is also accountable for attesting to TB/MBC on the LHIN’s compliance and applicable Directives.
Deputy Minister. The Deputy Minister is accountable to the Minister for carrying out the roles and responsibilities as assigned to the Deputy Minister by the Minister, the Act, applicable Ministry of Finance and TB/MBC Directives, Government and Ministry policies, and this MOU.
Deputy Minister. The responsibilities of the Deputy Minister, or any designate or delegate, are to:
Deputy Minister. The Deputy Minister is accountable to the Minister for the performance of the Ministry, in providing administrative support to ELTO and for carrying out the roles and responsibilities assigned to him or her by the Minister, the ADOA, the PSOA, applicable TB/MBC and MOF directives, and this MOU. The Deputy Minister xxxx xxxxxxx, annually, with the Executive Chair and the Executive Lead in the development of the Executive Lead’s performance management plan and will seek the Executive Chair’s advice on the annual performance evaluation of the Executive Lead.
Deputy Minister. 2.9. The Parties shall agree on the assigning of Ministerial and Deputy Ministerial portfolios and nominate their Ministers and Deputy Ministers accordingly.
Deputy Minister. The Deputy Minister supports and acts as the designate of the Minister and is responsible for activities which have been delegated by the Minister under the Act. The Commission The Commission, through the Chair, is responsible for the governance of the Commission and overseeing the management of the Commission’s business and affairs as prescribed by the Act. The Commission guides the strategic direction, evaluates the performance of the Chief Executive Officer, approves and monitors the Commission’s business plan, operational plan and financial results, and is ultimately accountable to the Minister through the Chair. The Commission is responsible for the following: • administering the province’s financial and consumer services legislation; • ensuring the provision of high-quality regulatory services that protect the public interest and enhance public confidence in the regulated sectors; and • complying with all legislation under which they have responsibilities.
Deputy Minister. The Deputy Minister is accountable to the Secretary of Cabinet and to the Minister:
Deputy Minister of Post Secondary Education, Training and Labour Within 10 working days from receipt of grievance written REFERENCE TO ADJUDICATION Within 15 working days from date of Second level reply OR within fifteen (15) working days of the date on which a reply should have been received from the person designated as second level.
Deputy Minister. The Deputy Minister of Executive and Indigenous Affairs (the Deputy Minister) is accountable to the Minister and responsible to the Minister for the administration of this Policy.
