Depots. 5.1 The Partner Authorities each acknowledge that the Administering Authority needs to secure access from the relevant Partner Authorities to the depots required by the Collection Contractor under the Collection Contract.
Depots. At any time prior to the Closing, Purchaser may by written notice to Sellers remove any Depots from Schedule 1.1(a). If Purchaser timely provides such notice, the Depots included in such notice, including all facilities, improvements, fixtures and other appurtenances thereto, will thereafter be deemed to be Excluded Assets for purposes of this Agreement.

Depots. For purposes of determining the amount of each Payment, the parties shall assume that 20% of WPP collected at depots is from Industrial, Commercial and Institutional sources (the “ICI Amount”); provided, however, that MMSW may adjust the ICI Amount for a particular depot if it determines, acting reasonably, that the amount of WPP from Industrial, Commercial and Institutional sources collected at a particular depot is more or less than 20%. In addition, the Municipality or Regional Waste Authority may apply to have the ICI Amount for a particular depot adjusted if the Municipality or Regional Waste Authority:
Depots. For the purposes of job the depots of Xxxxxxxx Airport and Peterborough/ Scarborough will both be considered (1) location. In the event that Peterborough become a legiti- mate branch with its own branch manager, this article will not apply. The security deposits outlined under Articles and of the Owner Operator Addendum shall not apply to hourly employees who were on the seniority list effective December and who subsequently become Owner Operators.

Based on the training criteria outlined in A1.1 above and the commercial requirements of the business, Employees will be encouraged to acquire additional skills and pursue career paths within and across the job streams as listed above. Progress within a career path as outlined in attachment A1.4 provides an opportunity to utilise the skills and competencies the Employee has already acquired. Advancement from one job category to another as provided in this Agreement will be based on competency assessments which meet the requirements of the National Electro-technology Industry Training Assessment Guidelines and Assessment Pathways and/or other relevant industry training assessment guidelines or standards. As stated in this agreement, all parties are committed to a formal review of the Career Paths as outlined in A1.4
Depots. A joint review of Depot Operations including duty structures and resourcing Considerations will include: ⮚ Indoor Sortation arrangements and alignment of resource to workload. The optimum level of vehicle loading to be undertaken by night shifts and the arrangements for Driver Loading. ⮚ The use of vehicle routing Technology building on the learnings of the Technology Flight Path initiative in 2021. The aim to produce a uniform approach which balances productivity with the value of driver experience. ⮚ The separation of Collection activity and the reintroduction of Delivery only routes where practical. ⮚ A review of Bulk Route activity and consideration of synergies with Regional Distribution operations in RM. A flightpath for a levelling up process on T&C’s to achieve end state parity for PFW MGV Drivers with the MGV Professional Drivers Grade. ⮚ A review of Depot Start and Finish Times based on the outputs of the Network Window Review. Both parties recognise that C&D Start and Finish times are a concern to many employees in Parcelforce and commit to seek to minimise change in start and finish times. ⮚ A review of duty structures will be undertaken across the 7-day window with the aim of incorporating elements of weekend working into duty. This review will utilise existing Saturday and Sunday volume and network capacity and will build on the previous joint activity on inventive duty patterns to provide, reliable, efficient 7-day coverage, while avoiding compulsion and meeting employee aspirations for earnings packages and work life balance. The review of the duty structures will consider all options including 3-4 day weeks, long and short days in a week and more dynamic approaches to route construction to match customer demand across 7 days of the week.

Depots. The parties agree that the Brisbane Depots have worked under agreed working arrangements which continue to be favourable to both employees and management. In recognition of the working arrangements in place, an additional one week of annual leave will accrue each year for employees working in this area of the business.
Depots. Subject to Article 28.01 (a) (ii), the Union acknowledges that there are no provisions in the Collective Agreement or this MOU that prevents the Employer from opening, closing, amalgamating, or splitting Transportation and Works Headquarters Areas/Units as they exist as the date of signing of this Collective Agreement. This MOU shall form part of the Collective Agreement. The following applies to the Transportation and Works Headquarters Areas/Units that were amalgamated prior to 2005.
