Invoices presented by the Contractor shall specify separately his VAT taxation place, the amounts not including VAT and the amounts including VAT.

Detailed monthly invoices are to be issued once the service period for the month has ended. Under Articles 3 and 4 of the protocol on the privileges and immunities of the European Communities, the EMCDDA is exempt from all taxes, levies and duties, including VAT. The contractor will be responsible for ensuring that all the formalities required by relevant authorities to ensure that the goods and services supplied in the execution of the contract are exempt from all taxes, levies and duties, including VAT, are carried out. Invoices submitted by the contractor to the EMCDDA must state the address of their local VAT office and show separately the values before VAT and after VAT.

  • Authorization Required Prior to Parallel Operation 2.2.1 The NYISO, in consultation with the Connecting Transmission Owner, shall use Reasonable Efforts to list applicable parallel Operating Requirements in Attachment 5 of this Agreement. Additionally, the NYISO, in consultation with the Connecting Transmission Owner, shall notify the Interconnection Customer of any changes to these requirements as soon as they are known. The NYISO and Connecting Transmission Owner shall make Reasonable Efforts to cooperate with the Interconnection Customer in meeting requirements necessary for the Interconnection Customer to commence parallel operations by the in-service date.

  • Award of Construction Contract and Other Future Contracts 6.2.1 A-E is hereby informed that provisions of the Public Contract Code, the Political Reform Act of 1974, other statutes, regulations, and COUNTY policy prohibit, as an impermissible conflict of interest, the award of a contract for the construction of the project(s) on which A-E performed architectural-engineering services under this A-E CONTRACT. A-E is hereby informed that these statutes and regulations could also prohibit the award to A-E of design or other contracts on future phases related to tasks performed by A-E under this CONTRACT. This prohibition applies also to a subcontractor of or parent company of the firm that performed architectural-engineering tasks under this CONTRACT.

  • PROVISIONS OF LAW AND SEPARABILITY It is understood and agreed that this MOU is subject to all applicable Federal and State laws, City ordinances and regulations, the Charter of the City of Los Angeles, and any lawful rules and regulations enacted by the City's Civil Service Commission or the XXX. If any part or provision of this MOU is in conflict or inconsistent with such applicable provisions of Federal, State, or local law or regulations, or is otherwise held to be invalid or unenforceable by any court of competent jurisdiction, such part of said provision shall be suspended and superseded by such applicable law or regulations and the remainder of the MOU shall not be affected thereby; the parties agree to negotiate promptly a replacement for such part or provision. To the extent that any provision herein conflicts with the FLSA, employees covered by the FLSA shall receive benefits required hereunder and any additional benefits set forth herein if compatible with the FLSA.
