Deposit of Deed of Covenant. The Fiscal Agent acknowledges that a duly executed original of the Deed of Covenant has been deposited with and is held by it to the exclusion of the Issuer and that each Accountholder (as defined in the Deed of Covenant) is entitled to production of such original. The Fiscal Agent shall provide, at the request and expense of each Accountholder (as defined in the Deed of Covenant), certified copies of the Deed of Covenant.
Deposit of Deed of Covenant. This Deed of Covenant shall be deposited with and held by the Agent until the date on which all the obligations of each Issuer under or in respect of the Notes (including, without limitation, its obligations under this Deed of Covenant) have been discharged in full. Each Issuer hereby acknowledges the right of every Accountholder to the production of this Deed of Covenant.
Deposit of Deed of Covenant. This Deed of Covenant shall be deposited with and held by the Issue and Paying Agent for so long as the Programme remains in effect and thereafter until the date on which all the obligations of the Issuer under or in respect of the Notes (including, without limitation, its obligations under this Deed of Covenant) have been discharged in full. The Issuer hereby acknowledges the right of every Accountholder to the production of this Deed of Covenant.
Deposit of Deed of Covenant. The Issue and Paying Agent shall provide, at the request and expense of each Accountholder (as defined in the Deed of Covenant), a certified copy of the Deed of Covenant.

A copy of this Deed of Covenant shall be deposited with and held by the Fiscal Agent and the Italian Paying Agent for so long as the Programme remains in effect and thereafter until the date on which all the obligations of Mediobanca under or in respect of the Notes issued by it (including, without limitation, its obligations under this Deed of Covenant) have been discharged in full. Mediobanca hereby acknowledges the right of every Accountholder to the production of this Deed of Covenant.
