Deposit of Deed. Upon receipt of the evidence of availability of the funds, County shall deliver to Escrow Agent an executed deed conveying the 308 TDR units to developer. This deed shall be held by the Escrow Agent.
Deposit of Deed. This Deed shall be deposited with and held by the Secretary of the Company from time to time at the Company's registered office until the date on which all the obligations of the Company under or in respect of any Rights (including, without limitation, its obligations under this Deed) have been discharged in full. The Company hereby acknowledges the right of every Rights Holder to the production of this Deed.
Deposit of Deed. Upon execution of this Agreement, Seller shall deliver a Special Warranty Deed (the "Deed"), Owner's Affidavit and Non-Foreign Affidavit covering the Real Property (together, "Seller's Documents") to the Escrow Agent, which Deed and Seller's Documents shall be duly executed and acknowledged by Seller, and in the form of Exhibit "B" attached hereto.
Deposit of Deed. This Deed shall be deposited with and held by the Principal Paying Agent until the date on which all the obligations of the Issuer under or in respect of the Notes (including, without limitation, its obligations under this Deed) have been discharged in full. The Issuer hereby acknowledges the right of every Relevant Accountholder to the production of this Deed.
