Common use of Deposit and Disbursement Accounts Clause in Contracts

Deposit and Disbursement Accounts. Attachment I to Schedule D lists all banks and other financial institutions at which Borrower, or any other Corporate Credit Party, maintains deposits and/or other accounts, including the Disbursement Account, and such Attachment correctly identifies the name, address and telephone number of each such depository, the name in which the account is held, a description of the purpose of the account, and the complete account number. No Corporate Credit Party will establish any depository or other bank account of any kind with any financial institution (other than the accounts set forth on Attachment 1 to Schedule D) without Lender's prior written consent.
