Deposit and Disbursement Accounts. Set forth on Schedule 6.22 is a complete and accurate list as of the Closing Date or Delayed Draw Closing Date, as the case may be, of all banks and other financial institutions at which the Borrower or any Subsidiary maintains deposit accounts, lockboxes, disbursement accounts, investment accounts or other similar accounts, such Schedule correctly identifies the name and address of each bank or financial institution, the name in which each such account is held, the type of each such account, and the complete account number for each such account, and each such account (other than Excluded Accounts) is a Controlled Account as required pursuant to Section 7.13.
