Common use of Dependent Coverage Clause in Contracts

Dependent Coverage. The School District shall contribute a sum not to exceed $142 per month toward the cost of the premium for dependent coverage for each eligible employee employed by the School District who qualifies for and is enrolled in the School District's dental insurance plan and who qualifies for dependent coverage. The cost of the premium not contributed by the School District shall be borne by the employee and paid by payroll deduction.
