Department Head Stipend and Summer Compensation. The compensation for Department Heads of English, Math, Science and Social Studies will be $3,000.00. This compensation will be offered in the form of an extracurricular contract. This compensation is in addition and separate from the extra plan period of the High School Department Heads. The compensation for summer work will be the maximum of fifty (50) hours per English, Math, Science, Social Studies department head at the curriculum hourly rate for that school year.
