To assess this effectiveness, the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ (or his/her designee) will conduct an annual review of each Department Chairperson pursuant to Article 9.3 departments and department chairpersons are not superseded by requiring all full-time faculty in each Department to complete and return the assessment instrument which appears in the appendix. The purpose of the review is to assess the performance of the Department Chair and to suggest strategies for the continuous improvement of the Departmentthis section.
