Dental Plan. The Employer will pay 100% of the monthly premiums for the dental plan that will cover the employee, their spouse and dependent children, provided they are not enrolled in another comparable plan. Plan A coverage to include provision for cleaning of the teeth (prophylaxis and scaling) every nine months except dependent children [up to age 19] will be eligible for this provision every six months. Eligible regular employees will be provided with a dental plan covering 100% of the costs of the basic plan (Plan A), 60% of the costs of the extended plan (Plan B) and 60% of the costs of the orthodontic plan (Plan C). An employee is eligible for orthodontic services under Plan C after 12 months participation in the plan.
