Common use of Dental Coverage Clause in Contracts

Dental Coverage. (a) (1) The Employer shall pay all of the monthly premium for a dental plan covering one hundred per cent (100%) of the cost of the basic plan "A" and sixty per cent (60%) of the cost of the extended plan "B" and sixty per cent (60%) of the cost of the extended plan "C" (Orthodontic Plan). The dental plan shall cover regular employees and their eligible dependents (including spouses) under the Pacific Blue Cross Plan, or any other plan mutually acceptable to the Union and the Employer.

The plan shall cover eighty percent (10080%) of the cost of the basic plan "A" dental care services and sixty per cent fifty percent (6050%) of the cost of the extended plan "B" and sixty per cent (60%) of the cost of the extended plan "C" (Orthodontic Plan)dental restorative services. The dental plan shall cover regular employees and their eligible dependents (including common-law spouses) under the Pacific Blue Cross Plan, current plan or any other plan mutually acceptable to the Union and the Employer.

The dental plan shall cover regular employees and their eligible dependents (including common-law spouses) under the Pacific Blue Cross Plan, a plan or any other plan mutually acceptable to the Union and the Employer.
