Dental Assistants. 86.4.1 In order to terminate the employment of an Employee classified under Part 4 of Schedule G, the Employer shall give four week’s written notice, or pay four week’s wages in lieu of notice.
Dental Assistants. 98.7.1 For Employees classified under Part 4 of Schedule G, subject to this clause 98.7, the arrangement of ordinary hours of work will be established at a local/unit level to reflect clinical demand. The actual daily hours shall be determined by the relevant Manager after consultation with the Employee, provided that no Employee shall be required to work more than 7.6 hours per day without compensation for overtime.
Dental Assistants. 115.4.1 Full-time Employees classified under Part 4 of Schedule G may purchase up to 8 weeks additional leave per year and, with the agreement of the Employer, work between 44 and 51 weeks per year.
Dental Assistants. Dental Assistants will have six flexible annual leave days per annum for the first four years and eleven flexible annual leave days thereafter. Dental Assistants will be required to take some annual leave when the service closes for the Christmas break.
Dental Assistants. 102.6.1 Employees classified under Part 4 of Schedule G shall be paid at the rate of time and one half for the first two hours and double time thereafter for hours worked in excess of the ordinary agreed hours on a particular day.
Dental Assistants. 110.4.1 Employees classified under Part 4 of Schedule G who are temporarily appointed, in writing by the Employer, to a higher classification shall receive the higher salary for the period specified in the written appointment.
Dental Assistants. (i) Employees classified under Schedule D shall be paid at the rate of time and one half for the first two hours and double time thereafter for hours worked in excess of the ordinary agreed hours on a particular day.
Dental Assistants. At least one staff dentist (selected by the Institution Dental Department) shall participate on the interview panel when hiring dental assistants. Dentists shall have input on every performance appraisal of the dental assistant. Dentists shall have access to a lead worker dental assistant to address issues of performance with their dental assistant.
Dental Assistants. 36.6.1 Employees classified under Schedule E shall be paid at the rate of time and one half for the first two hours and double time thereafter for hours worked in excess of the ordinary agreed hours on a particular day.
Dental Assistants. 44.4.1 Employees classified under Schedule E who are temporarily appointed, in writing by the employer, to a higher classification shall receive the higher salary for the period specified in the written appointment.
