Dental and Vision Plans. The Employer shall pay its share of weekly dental and vision premium costs in accordance with the Standard Benefits Plans. The Employer shall deduct the employee’s share of the premium from each paycheck on a pre-tax basis.

For employees on County payroll as of 12/31/18, the CSEA Sunrise Dental Insurance Plan will be available to all eligible bargaining unit employees and their families, according to the terms and conditions of the policy, at 100% employer paid premium for the life of this contract.

Dental and Vision Plans. Your participation in the dental and vision plans would cease on June 30, 1998. However, under the Consolidated Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act of 1985 ("COBRA"), you and your eligible dependents could continue these plans for up to 18 months.
