Common use of Demised Premises Clause in Contracts

Demised Premises. Landlord hereby leases to Tenant, for the Initial Term and any Renewal Term(s) of this Lease (as those terms are defined herein), and Tenant hereby rents from Landlord, subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein, the Demised Premises.

Demised Premises. Upon and subject to the terms and conditions herein set forth, Landlord hereby leases to Tenant, for the Initial Term and any Renewal Term(s) of this Lease (as those terms are defined herein), and Tenant hereby rents leases from Landlord, for the Term all of Landlord’s right, title and interest in and to the following (individually and/or collectively, as the context may require, as one economic unit, and as the same may be modified from time to time in accordance with (and subject to to) the terms and conditions set forth hereinprovisions of this Lease, the “Demised Premises.”):

Landlord hereby leases Landlord, in consideration of the rents to be paid and the covenants, promises and agreements to be performed by Tenant, for the Initial Term and any Renewal Term(s) of this Lease (as those terms are defined herein), does hereby lease to Tenant and Tenant hereby rents from Landlord, subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein, the Demised PremisesPremises described in Section 1 hereof, together with the nonexclusive right to use the common areas which may be designated by Landlord from time to time in connection with the Demised Premises with others entitled to use the same.
