Borrower waives Borrowers each waive demand, notice of default or dishonor, notice of payment and nonpayment, notice of any default, nonpayment at maturity, release, compromise, settlement, extension, or renewal of accounts, documents, instruments, chattel paper, and guarantees held by Bank on which Borrower is Borrowers are liable.

Demand Waiver. The Borrower hereby expressly waives demand, notice of default or dishonor, notice of payment and nonpayment, notice of any default, nonpayment at maturity, releasepresentment, compromisedemand, settlement, extension, protest or renewal any other notice of accounts, documents, instruments, chattel paper, and guarantees held by Bank on which Borrower is liableany kind.

Following an Event of Default and during the continuance thereof, with respect to the Obligations under the Loan Documents, each Borrower waives demand, notice of default or dishonor, notice of payment and nonpayment, notice of any default, nonpayment at maturity, release, compromise, settlement, extension, or renewal of accounts, documents, instruments, chattel paper, and guarantees held by Bank on which any Borrower is liable.
