Demand for Products in the Territory. The Licensee undertakes to use commercially reasonable efforts to create a continuous demand for the Licenced Products in the Territory by including, but not limited to, advertising regularly the Licenced Products in established trade journals and reasonably attending and displaying the Licenced Products annually at exhibitions and trade shows. The Licensee further undertakes to use its reasonable efforts to market and distribute the Licenced Product by means that best maximizes the Licensee's sales price of the Unit to purchasers in the Territory.
