Delivery Schedule. Each Delivery Schedule shall not be exceeded by any party for its respective tasks. Each Delivery Schedule may be adjusted as the Services proceed as required due to causes other than the negligence of CONSULTANT and beyond the reasonable control of CONSULTANT, including allowance for DISTRICT or governmental or other authorities or entities having jurisdiction over the Services. Subject to the foregoing limitations, CONSULTANT agrees to perform all Basic Services and Additional Services in order to meet the Delivery Schedule. Each Delivery Schedule will be included within each Task Order as the “Delivery Schedule” (Exhibit 3).
