Common use of DELIVERY PRESSURE Clause in Contracts

DELIVERY PRESSURE. The gas shall be delivered by Seller at the Point(s) of Delivery at a pressure sufficient to enable it to enter Buyer’s Facilities against the working pressure at reasonably uniform rates of delivery. Buyer will endeavor to maintain a working pressure at the Point(s) of Delivery no greater than thirty (30)

DELIVERY PRESSURE. The Delivery by Seller of gas shall be delivered by Seller at the Point(s) of Delivery made at a pressure that is sufficient to enable it effect delivery of gas into Buyer's pipeline but not in excess of one thousand (1,000) pounds per square inch. Maintenance by Seller of sufficient pressure to enter Buyer’s Facilities against 's pipeline shall be a condition of Buyer's obligation to purchase and receive from Seller the working pressure at reasonably uniform rates quantities of delivery. Buyer will endeavor to maintain a working pressure at the Point(s) of Delivery no greater than thirty (30)gas specified in Article III hereof.

Maintenance by Seller of sufficient pressure to enter Buyer’s Facilities against 's pipeline shall be a condition of Buyer's obligation to purchase and receive from Seller the working pressure at reasonably uniform rates quantities of delivery. Buyer will endeavor to maintain a working pressure at the Point(s) of Delivery no greater than thirty (30)gas specified in Article II hereof.

DELIVERY PRESSURE.
