DELIVERY PRESSURE. Xxxxxx agrees to use due care and diligence to furnish gas hereunder at such uniform pressure as Seller may elect up to, but not exceeding 20 pounds per square inch gauge, and not less than 5 pounds per square inch gauge, at the "Point of Delivery". Buyer shall be responsible for the installation and operation of adequate safety equipment downstream of the Point of Delivery so as to relieve or control pressure variations within the limits described above that may, for any reason through malfunction of Seller's equipment or otherwise, occur on Buyer's side of the "Delivery Point".

DELIVERY PRESSURE. 8.1 TCPL shall increase the line pressure of the gas it delivers to Customer at the Delivery Point to a pressure of not less than 4 830 kPa (g).
DELIVERY PRESSURE. Seller shall be required to deliver or cause delivery of the Gas to the Point of Delivery and for delivering such Gas at a pressure sufficient to effect such delivery. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, Seller shall have the right but not the obligation to install compression to effect deliveries of Gas hereunder.

Hazira Gas Processing Plant of ONGC) shall be as maintained by ONGC which is expected to be between 40 Bar to 50 Bar or such higher pressure that will be sufficient to deliver the Gas quantities up to DCQ in to BUYER’S TRANSPORTER pipeline downstream of Delivery Point.
DELIVERY PRESSURE. 4.1 The gas delivered hereunder by Seller to Buyer shall be delivered at the Point(s) of Delivery at a pressure sufficient to overcome the operating pressures at such Point(s) of Delivery. Buyer shall cause such operating pressures not to exceed the Maximum Operating Pressure listed in Paragraph 3.1.
