Common use of Delivery of Voting Trust Certificates Clause in Contracts

Delivery of Voting Trust Certificates. The Voting Trustees shall hold such Membership Interests subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement and shall deliver or cause to be delivered to the Member one or more voting trust certificates (“Voting Trust Certificates”) representing the Membership Interests so assigned and transferred by the Member in the form provided for in Section 2.1 hereof.

Delivery of Voting Trust Certificates. The Upon receipt by the Voting Trustees Trustee of the certificates for any Trust Shares as provided in Section 1.1, the Voting Trustee shall hold such Membership Interests shares subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement and shall promptly deliver or cause to be delivered to the Member one or more Shareholder voting trust certificates (“Voting Trust Certificates”) representing the Membership Interests Trust Shares so assigned and transferred deposited by the Member Shareholder in the form provided for in Section 2.1 hereof.
