Delivery of Supplies and Materials. The delivery and shipping of merchandise, supplies, fixtures and other materials or goods of whatsoever nature to or from the Leased Premises and all loading, unloading and handling thereof shall be done through such entrances as designated by the Landlord and at such times and by such means as approved by the Landlord.

Delivery of Supplies and Materials. Unit Owner agrees that all contractor supplies and materials shall be brought into the Building through the side driveway entry door. Unit Owner must take or cause his/her contractors to take all precautions necessary to prevent damage to the flooring, carpeting and walls in the Building’s hallways and other common areas.
Delivery of Supplies and Materials. Unit-owner agrees that the rear entry door shall be the primary point for entry of supplies and materials. If supplies and materials cannot practically be delivered through the rear entrance, they can, with prior notification to the Managing Agent of the date, time and estimated duration of the delivery, be delivered through the main lobby entrance and staircase (if necessary).   • Delivery of Materials In the event of any expiration or termination of this Agreement, Contractor shall promptly provide the JBE with all originals and copies of the Deliverables, including any partially-completed Deliverables-related work product or materials, and any JBE-provided materials in its possession, custody, or control.
