All payments are due in the managers’ hand on the first day and are delinquent on the fifth day of every month ______ semester ______. Personal checks, money orders or cashier checks are acceptable forms of payment. Cash is an acceptable form of payment, but use at your own risk.

DELIVERY OF RENT. All due on the first day of each monthly period, it is absolutely the responsibility of the tenant to mail/deliver rent payment (cash, check, money order/cashier check, direct deposit, etc., at landlord/agent option) to the following address or location: ________________________________________________________. DELIVERY OF RENT. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary set forth in this Sublease, all payments by Subtenant of Fixed Rent, Additional Rent, payments of Subtenant’s Electricity, and any other charges, fees, interest or sums due Sublandlord under this Sublease shall be subject to the terms and conditions of Section 5.6.5(C) of the Prime Lease, which terms are expressly incorporated herein by this reference.
